Employee Information Management

This core module maintains all relevant employee related information‚ job profile including different types of personal information‚ detailed qualifications and work experience‚ job related information etc. Picture of employee is included as well. Information captured in this module is utilized by all other modules‚ thus eliminating data redundancy.

• Facility to store and view all information required for Payroll and Leave Management
• Information include Number, Name, Date of Birth, Joining Date, Address, Contact Details
• Facility to store photographs of employees
• Facility to track Payment Type (Bank Transfer, Cash, Cheque), Bank Name
• Store and track all statutory information including PF Number, ESI Number, PAN Number
• Facility to track any number of employee categories, like Department, Location, Division, Function, Designation, Grade, Cost Center, etc
• Facility to upload new or existing employee information through an Excel file - eliminate manual data entry completely
• Store all resignation information including Date of Leaving, Reason for Leaving, Notice Period details
• All resigned employee information is retained and can be easily accesses
